BCREA Mobile FAQs:

  1. Who can join BCREA Mobile?
    BCREA Mobile is available to BC REALTORS®, and friends and family.

  2. What does "3 GB shared data pool" mean?
    Each person who uses the plan has 3 GB of data that they can use with multiple devices. In other words, you have a total of 3 GB of data, not 3 GB per device.

    The pool allows some flexibility in usage, however BCREA Mobile asks you to be mindful of your data use. Responsible use helps to keep the cost of the plan low. Those with repeated excessive use are putting the pool and the low cost of the plan in jeopardy and may be asked to leave the plan as a result. Consult the Mobile Policies for more information on data usage.

  3. I'm currently a Rogers Wireless customer. Can I join the plan?
    Yes. A Rogers customer with less than one year remaining on their contract or who owns their device outright may join the plan without being subject to any cancellation fees.

    A Rogers customer with more than one year remaining on their contract may join the plan provided that the appropriate cancellation/transfer fees are paid.

  4. I'm currently on a plan with a non-Rogers provider. Can I join the plan?
    Yes. Any BC REALTOR®, their friends or family can join BCREA Mobile from another provider. Keep in mind you are responsible for any cancellation or unlocking fees related to leaving that provider. Consultation should be done to determine what those charges may be.

  5. How do I get billed?
    BCREA Mobile users are billed on a monthly cycle, and are responsible for all charges incurred. All users must provide credit card information for billing purposes.

  6. How do I travel internationally with BCREA Mobile?
    Tiered roaming solutions will automatically be added to all BCREA Mobile accounts that allow for immediate access to your device upon arrival. Best practice is to always contact [email protected] or 1.844.707.7676 and customize your plan with your specific needs.
