Applied Practice Course Managing Broker Toolkits

NOTE: Significant changes coming to the Applied Practice Course will render these materials obsolete as of June 15, 2018. New resources will be made available below as soon as possible.

BCREA's Managing Broker Toolkits have been developed to provide managing brokers with information needed about the changes to the Residential and Commercial Trading Services Applied Practice Courses  launched in 2015.

The resources in the toolkits will assist managing brokers in understanding the new format of the course, its content, and the ways that new licensees can be supported as they progress through the new Applied Practice Course.

Residential Applied Practice Course Toolkit

This Toolkit is intended to provide managing brokers with course materials and resources to support new licensees as they enter the profession of real estate. Contained within the Toolkit is an Executive Summary which highlights the changes in the course and explains the objectives of each component. Following the Executive Summary is the content from each of the four components of the course.

To help you get the information you need about the changes to the Applied Practice Courses, BCREA collected some of the most commonly-asked questions about the new courses, and about the process of transition. Visit BCREA's New Applied Practice Course FAQ to view these responses.
