New PDP Courses Continue to Improve REALTOR® Learning Paths

These new courses promise to provide innovative and interactive learning experiences, focused on tangible value and takeaways that REALTORS® can use immediately in their business. 

The launch of these new courses will also be followed by the redesign and/or new development of all BCREA-owned PDP courses over the next three to five years.

Strata Fundamentals - provides a comprehensive review of strata documents, complicated transactions and a particular focus on the role of the REALTOR®. 12 Category B PDP credits. BC REALTORS® must first contact their member boards to register for this course, before enrolling in this online course component.
