Daniel MildenbergerDaniel Mildenberger, LL.B.

Daniel Mildenberger is a lawyer with Steven Luchies & Legh, where he has practiced law since 2010.

Daniel graduated from the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law in 2000, followed by articles and employment at another Victoria law firm. Daniel's career, prior to law, was in commercial real estate sales and leasing. This turned out to be a good background to have in understanding clients' needs in legal matters and in solving complex problems. His law experience is primarily in general civil litigation including employment, administrative, construction, real property and estate disputes. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, and before numerous tribunals and arbitration panels.

Daniel served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2016, teaching future lawyers about real estate property transactions. He is currently working towards a Certificate in Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia to become qualified as a mediator.

In 2010, Daniel was appointed by the British Columbia Real Estate Association as a PDP instructor for the real estate law courses. He is also a content contributor to the legal courses.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys family outings and vacations. He volunteers as a soccer coach and is also a year-round bicycle commuter and marathon runner.
