Multiple Offers – The Strategies, the Tactics, and the Game Plan

Multiple Offers is exactly what it sounds like: a course which identifies the essential strategies and tactics for handling Multiple Offers, reviewing the statutory requirements and The REALTOR® Code. This course will also discuss a series of practical real-life scenarios that sellers and buyers may encounter. Although there is not a single standard approach to dealing with Multiple Offers, the course is designed specifically for REALTORS® to help advise their clients, considering the pros and cons of various strategies, so that the client can ultimately make an informed decision on their course of action. Although the handling of Multiple Offers is a serious topic, we’ve decided to have a little fun gamifying the topic, (as you will see in section headings such as “the Pregame Warm up”, “the Players”, “Score”), and to stress the idea that in working with clients in a “Multiple Offers” situation, just like a game, it takes strategy, tactic and a game plan for a professional.

This course focuses on developing skills for handling Multiple Offers through individual practice, peer collaboration, and group discussions, both from the perspectives of representing a buyer or seller. All exercises provide REALTORS® with immediate overview of different considerations, or strategies that can be employed to increase their clients’ opportunity for success.
