He specializes in major organizational change initiatives and post-merger integration and has broad experience advising clients on performance improvement issues. Scott started his career with Imperial Oil / Esso as a project engineer and was promoted through roles in sales, marketing and operations followed by a wide range of special projects. Scott joined PwC as a management consultant in 1995, then returned to industry in 2000 as the senior VP of Supply Chain & IT with Fletcher Challenge PaperCo. He returned to PwC in 2004, was admitted to the partnership in 2007 and retired earlier this year.”
