February 8, 2023 – Managing Broker Research Insights
On Wednesday, February 8, we were joined by Lux Insights, a consumer and market insights agency, who presented research findings from a mixed-method study conducted in 2022. The aim of the research was to understand how Managing Brokers can be better supported by organized real estate. Findings covered the changes and challenges faced by Managing Brokers, perceptions of existing supports, suggestions for improving supports, and the potential roles of various organizations in providing support.
