On Wednesday, July 13, we were joined by BCREA Vice President of Government Relations Trevor Hargreaves, BCREA Advocacy Projects Manager Mark Sakai and BCREA Senior Policy Analyst Matt Mayers who discussed the outcomes from the Cullen Commission’s final report, next steps expected to come from the government and what that means for managing brokers.

Ryan gave an invaluable presentation on topics such as why brokerages need a policies and procedures manual, things to consider when creating the manual, sections to include in the manual, best practices, and more.
