November 4, 2020 – Administrative Penalties
In mid-September, the Office of the Superintendent of Real Estate (OSRE) and the Real Estate Council of BC (RECBC) launched a public consultation on proposed changes to administrative penalties. On Wednesday, November 4, 2020, we were joined by Micheal Noseworthy, Superintendent of Real Estate, OSRE, and David Avren, VP of Legal and Compliance, RECBC, to discuss these proposed changes.
