September 23, 2020 – Risk and Insurance for Real Estate Brokerages
On Wednesday, September 23, we were joined by Leslie Howatt, Executive Officer of the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation (E&O), and Rob McLeod, Professional Liability Insurance Broker at Metrix Insurance. Leslie provided an overview of E&O’s mandatory coverage and Rob discussed other coverage options that managing brokers may want to consider to help ensure their brokerage is properly protected.
