Deanna Horn has been an active REALTOR® for 29 years and is an Associate Broker at RE/MAX Treeland Realty in Langley. In 2010, she was President of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, and has served on many of its committees. Currently Chair of the Langley Hospital Foundation, Deanna is actively involved in community groups as a volunteer.
Deanna is dedicated to working with the Association as it provides valuable services and leadership to REALTORS® while assisting buyers and sellers

Jim Stewart has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1993 and is currently with 460 Realty. He served as a BCREA Director for four years and a Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB) Director for over six years, where he was also President in 2011. He has volunteered as a dedicated Government Relations Committee member at both VIREB and BCREA and was named REALTOR® of the year in 2006. Prior to entering the world of real estate, he held positions as both a homebuilder and finance manager.
Scott Russell has served as a Director at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver where he was President in 2009-2010 and a BCREA Director in the past. Active in the profession since 1980, he is a broker and owner of Sutton Group – Seafair Realty in Richmond. Scott has served on numerous BCREA committees including as Chair of the Nominating Committee.
Robert Laing joined the BCREA team in March 2000 as the Director of Government Relations, where he focused the efforts of BCREA and its Government Relations Committee to develop and maintain an effective, proactive government relations program. He became the Association’s Chief Executive Officer in 2002.
For almost 30 years, Robert has served the real estate profession in the roles of lawyer, educator and liaison to all levels of government, crown corporations and regulatory bodies. Before joining BCREA, he was head of The University of British Columbia's Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration's Real Estate Division.
