On Wednesday, June 16, we were joined by James Kondopulos, founding member and partner at Roper Greyell, who gave an overview on key legal human resource and human rights considerations in regards to vaccines and the workplace. He provided insight on if you can require staff, REALTORS®, and the public to have vaccines before entering a workplace and if employers can ask for proof of vaccination. James also discussed how employers can accommodate employees who cannot or choose not to be vaccinated on the basis of their human rights
