BCREA is the voice of BC’s REALTORS®. In collaboration with our member boards and associations, we engage with all levels of government to advocate for policies that enhance housing accessibility, safeguard property rights, care for our environment, and help build thriving communities.

Our Economics team strives to enhance the understanding of the factors influencing the real estate market. We analyze housing markets and the economic trends that shape them for BC’s eight real estate boards and associations, and REALTORS® across BC.

Professional Development

Our professional development initiatives elevate the skills, confidence, and professional knowledge of REALTORS®. We design both in-person and online learning opportunities to accommodate the diverse learning styles and dynamic schedules of our learners.

Standard Forms

We work with lawyers, real estate boards and associations, and other experts to create and update the standard forms used in every real estate deal. We also provide continuous training to REALTORS® on using these forms, so consumers can have full confidence in the sector’s professionalism.
