Last year, BC’s real estate landscape saw shifting market conditions and evolving regulations. BCREA remained focused on supporting REALTORS® and managing brokers while advocating for policies that benefit the profession and the public. We’ve strengthened our collaboration with stakeholders – including member boards and associations, government, and the regulator – ensuring real estate professionals’ voices were heard.
