On Wednesday, September 1, at 10:00 am we were joined by real estate, corporate and commercial law associate, Ryan McCracken from Farris LLP, who gave an overview of identification requirements for corporations under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.
