Fostering Confidence Through Seller Service Agreements
It is crucial that real estate professionals are fully prepared to work with their clients in accordance with the highest standards set out by legislation and various industry regulations. In Fostering Confidence Through Seller Service Agreements, learners will gain foundational knowledge of the two types of seller service agreements: the exclusive listing contract and the multiple listing contract. The course will frequently reference various articles of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to distinguish the types of standard form listings, explain the purpose and use of Schedule A, and identify when to use the amendment of a listing contract form. The course will also touch upon the disclosure of representation in trading services as well as how to avoid conflicts of interest.
This instructor-led course is highly interactive and will provide ample opportunity to work with other REALTORS® through multiple group activities.
