Social Media Marketing Fundamentals for REALTORS®

This course is intended to help licensees build strong personal brands and build engagement with existing and potential clients through their Social Media platforms. 

 

Learning objectives:

By the end of this course, you'll be able to:

  • Identify and describe your personal brand and how it makes you distinct and unique
  • Define and describe the difference between marketing and advertising, and how they relate to social media
  • Identify the 5 key pillars of social media marketing
  • Explore and identify the demographics of different media platforms to match your marketing with your target audience
  • Identify a list of potential topics to post on social media to drive engagement and help potential clients connect with your brand
  • Define the different types of social media content, and use a content calendar to help generate content which connects with your audience
