Navigating Bill 44: Zoning, SSMUH and ADUs
This course equips REALTORS® with the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate the changing housing landscape under BC’s Bill 44 and related policy shifts. You’ll gain a practical understanding of new zoning entitlements for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), triplexes, fourplexes, and sixplexes—including buildability factors, financing options, permitting pathways, and resale implications.
