Taught by Leslie Howatt, former CEO of Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation, and Kim Spencer, Greater Vancouver REALTORS^®’ former Ethics Guy^®, this course walks learners through REALTOR^® disciplinary cases. Through hands-on, workshop-style learning, participants dissect what went wrong, who is at fault, and how the situation could have been better managed. Learners will walk away with a deeper understanding of disciplinary hotspots and pitfalls – along with some tips on how to avoid becoming the next headline.
