Harnessing Statistics to Improve Your Residential Real Estate Business
This introductory course is your opportunity to harness the power of MLS® statistics to improve your business! The content is designed to help you use the statistics tools the Board provides you to better understand and analyse the housing market statistics the Board produces each month. A significant component of the course is focused on the REBGV Stats Centre tool, which will provide course participants with some hands-on experience. You will learn how to leverage this tool to better serve your clients.
Learning objectives:
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of key statistics terminology, and what types of statistical resources are available
- Demonstrate an awareness of the benefits of statistics to REALTORS® and their clients
- Demonstrate basic competency in navigating the REBGV Stats Centre tool
- Apply the REBGV Stats Centre tool to competently represent a seller
- Apply the REBGV Stats Centre tool to competently represent a buyer
- Use the REBGV Stats Centre to create statistical reports and to save, print, email, or share them with clients via your website or social media
