List it Right, Sell it Right
This course was formerly titled The Data-Driven Listing: How to Optimize Your Exposure.
When selling a property, a key part of your job is to maximize its exposure to the public and get the best sale price for your client.
REALTORS® sometimes miss opportunities to expose a listing by omitting or mistakenly representing certain information on the Residential Data Input Form. What’s more, failing to include information, or mistakenly including unverified information, can lead to liability issues.
