Paragon CMA

This module is designed to familiarize new members with their primary business tools: Paragon and CREA WEBForms®. This module covers Paragon CMA usage. Your CMA presentation is a key marketing tool used to help sellers and buyers understand current market conditions. It’s especially useful in a listing presentation to potential seller clients and to assist buyers in determining an offer price.

• Create a standard, professional CMA presentation using the Paragon CMA Wizard

• Manage your CMAs
• Configure your CMA Preferences settings.
• Use WEBForms to create a transaction template for an attached listing for your Seller
• Create a Transaction from the template
• Set up Collaboration Center for the Seller
