Standard Forms

Standard Forms

BCREA works with BC’s ten real estate boards, lawyers and other industry experts to draft and update the standard forms that are the backbone of real estate transactions. We provide ongoing REALTOR® education related to the forms so consumers can have full confidence in the profession.

BCREA Standard Forms are available for REALTOR® use only. Lawyers with current BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association membership can also access select forms. If you need a Standard Form, please contact your REALTOR® or conveyancer. These forms are copyrighted and not available for public or third-party access/use.
