March 17, 2021 – Legal Defence Reserve
On Wednesday, March 17, we hosted a panel discussion with Wes McMillan, legal counsel for the Legal Defence Reserve, Janice Stromar, Chair of BCREA’s Legal Defence Committee, and Corinne Caldwell, BCREA COO. Our panelists shared insights on regulatory trends in disciplinary proceedings, the purpose of the reserve, how and when it can be used and membership on the committee. BCREA CEO Darlene Hyde moderated this panel discussion.
