November 3, 2021 – Standard Forms Pre-Launch
On Wednesday, November 3, we explored the Fall 2021 Standard Forms Release. The release, scheduled for Wednesday, November 24, will include 11 new standard forms, multiple clauses and a significant number of revisions to existing standard forms. Jamie Matthews, the BCREA Standard Forms Legal Counsel and Jennifer Lynch, BCREA’s Professional Services Manager walked us through some of the important changes and the resources that have been created to support you and your teams in using the forms that are part of the release.

Ryan gave an invaluable presentation on topics such as why brokerages need a policies and procedures manual, things to consider when creating the manual, sections to include in the manual, best practices, and more.
