August 19, 2020 – New Forms and Form Revisions Fall 2020
On Wednesday, August 19, we reviewed the Fall 2020 Standard Forms Release. The release, scheduled for September 16, will include seven new standard forms, three new clauses, a significant number of revisions to existing standard forms, and updates to the signature blocks on 20 forms.
We have provided the PowerPoint presentation from this session, complete with speaking notes, for managing brokers to present to their REALTORS®. Giving this presentation will help support REALTORS® in working with the new and revised forms.
