On Wednesday, November 16, we were joined by Jamie Matthews, Partner Farris LLP and BCREA Professional Services Manager Jim McCaughan who reviewed the changes being made to Standard Forms required by the Home Buyer Rescission Period coming into effect on January 3, 2023, as well as other form changes being made to enhance REALTOR® effectiveness.
